Experienced Sales Officer
UMO INTERIM is a Selection & Recruitment company active in Senegal, Burkina-Faso, Mali and Ivory Coast. For one of our key clients, an international leading company in Africa, we are looking for an Experienced Sales Officer to sustain their growth.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission will be to maintain an existing clients' portfolio and develop new markets in Abidjan with SME and large accounts.
- Represent the company active in the Leasing industry
- Be the Account Manager for existing clients (penetration, upsell)
- Be in charge of Business Development in Abidjan
- Respect key values and quality standard of the company
- Focus on deliver high quality services and long term business
SKILLS & PROFILE
- First successful sales experience
- Clients and Growth oriented
- Agile relationship manager
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to communicate effectively across multi-level organisations
- Brilliant in organising and balancing priorities
- Strong analysis skills in order to present only effective business opportunities
- Team player, nice personality and easy to work with
- Fluent in French and English
- Familiar with multicultural work environment
- Ability to network internally and externally
