Warehouse Manager (Cashew Industry) Bouaké


UMO INTERIM is a Selection & Recruitment company active for more than 20 years in West Africa. We have offices in Senegal, Burkina-Faso, Mali, Benin, Togo and Ivory Coast. For our client, an international organisation active in the Agricultural industry, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Bouaké. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible of all the flux produced for local processing and export.



  • Control and Manage the receipt, dispatching, storage and plan departure of the goods
  • Determine inventory management, gate processes and shipping
  • Accurate and timely movement of products in and out of warehouse
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
  • Monitor inspection of incoming and outgoing goods in collaboration with the Quality Manager
  • Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Ability to do Excel analysis and update daily reporting
  • Oversee security, sanitation, and specific legislation
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse in a professional manner
  • Manage warehouse staff



  • Master degree in Logistics, Finance or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  • 5-10 years' experience in Warehouse Management
  • Experience in the cashew sector is a must have
  • Experience in commodities with high volume is a must-have
  • Proficient computer skills and excellent Excel user
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent level in French and English
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
