-Book shipments with shipping companies / agents / representatives abroad
-Take into account the demand for sea freight transport
-Ensure that the transport request matches the customer's needs
-Assign operations to shipping companies based on economic and technical relevance
-Manage responses to quotes and rates requests
-Ensure the smooth running of maritime import and export operations
-Ensure the follow-up of the invoicing of the internal and external service providers in collaboration with the finance department
-Handle claims
-Participate in operational meetings and ensure regular reporting
-Organize the shipment of goods according to the terms defined with the customer
-Follow-up and control of documents required for transportation
-Ensure coordination between the various parties involved
-Inform the customer of the good progress of the operations
-Fill in the computer tool with all the data of the file
-Transmit the file to the customs department in compliance with customs rules and follow up the return of the declaration within the appropriate timeframe
-Confirm the departure and/or arrival of the goods according to the operational
-Management of disputes in relation with his direct hierarchy
-Invoice the file in compliance with the incoterms and internal processes
-Be strong in proposal, communication with internal and external customers
-Contact with shipping companies for purchase, sale and negotiation, know how to search and propose the best opportunities.
-Contact with carriers for purchase and sale of collection services.


-Minimum of 5 years of higher education in International Transport or equivalent university education
-5 years professional experience in a similar position.
-Microsoft pack office and an advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
-Ideally, experience acquired in a start-up environment with high
-In-depth knowledge of maritime transport and incoterms
-Rights and customs of transport
-Customer relationship, team spirit, reactivity, rigor and organization
-Operational English
