IT service desk agent H/F

As a customer service agent, you will act as a liaison between our customers and the operations team, providing information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, you will also be responsible for managing and resolving all IT related issues/queries.


- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Constantly meet monthly targets through team spirit and improved customer services.
- Identify and assess customers needs
- Proactively contact dormant customers directly to resolve any pending issues;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Install computer hardware and software including printers, scanners, modems, and related peripherals.
- Responsible for logging all IT problems and resolutions and liaising with the external support company.
- Inducting new employees on IT systems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Demonstrated professional etiquette and manners, improving positive feedback immediately.
- Ability to contribute to sales increase
- Ability to work with multiple Vendors
- Good communication, interpersonal, and management-skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Relevant Certifications
