COMPANY :

Our client is a company operating in Côte d'Ivoire in the automotive sector.

We are looking for a bilingual Head -After Sales & Marketing to join their team.

JOB :

  • Develop a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives for After Sales business in the countries responsible for, under the guidance of General Manager
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual after sales, and collection targets, ensuring that business remains profitable in all the months.
  • Lead and drive the development of workshop & spare parts function in line with strategies, business plans and values
  • Work closely with the reporting manager and sales team to assess and evaluate technical needs, especially in introduction of vehicles in the new segment like fuel transportation
  • Timely providing the feedback to manufacture, H.Q and management teams locally in case of any product failure or abnormal issue with the product
  • Responsible for the CSI and NPS (Minimum 90%)
  • Manage & control operational, fixed & variable cost to ensure that the total investment in spare parts and workshop is commensurate with the turnover being achieved. Use TOC for the spare parts ordering
  • Relationship management with channel partners, suppliers & dealer to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop “Customer First Culture” within the team.
  • Live up to “It's all about up time” Strategy
  • Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the business maximizes its short, medium, and long-term business objectives
  • Support sales team to determine customer needs
  • Achievement of Minimum 25% of the revenue through VAS or innovative solutions in after sales business
  • Develop and sustain the organization's culture, values, and reputation in compliance to Company's Code of Conduct
  • Provide feedback on different after sales market initiative taken by the competitors
  • Represent company at relevant events and with key stakeholders

PROFIL :

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar position
  • Training: Minimum of 3 years' higher education in business or equivalent
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French compulsory
