Our client is a company operating in Côte d'Ivoire in the automotive sector.

We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team.

JOB :

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives
  • Actively participate in strategic decisions with management by providing HR expertise
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees
  • Supervise personnel administration (contracts, payroll, leave, and employee files)
  • Manage labor relations and interactions with social partners
  • Identify skill gaps and create training plans for employee development
  • Establish career management and talent development programs
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Propose corrective actions to mitigate HR-related risks
  • Define and analyze HR performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, satisfaction)
  • Propose and implement solutions to optimize organizational performance
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees
  • Support teams during transformation or restructuring projects

PROFIL :

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in strategic and operational HR management
  • Training: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Management, or equivalent
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French compulsory
