Our client is a company operating in Côte d'Ivoire in the automotive sector.
We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team.
JOB :
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives
- Actively participate in strategic decisions with management by providing HR expertise
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees
- Supervise personnel administration (contracts, payroll, leave, and employee files)
- Manage labor relations and interactions with social partners
- Identify skill gaps and create training plans for employee development
- Establish career management and talent development programs
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Propose corrective actions to mitigate HR-related risks
- Define and analyze HR performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, satisfaction)
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize organizational performance
- Facilitate communication between management and employees
- Support teams during transformation or restructuring projects
PROFIL :
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in strategic and operational HR management
- Training: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Management, or equivalent
- Languages: Fluency in English and French compulsory
