COMPANY :
Our client is a company operating in Côte d'Ivoire in the automotive sector.
We are looking for a Logistic Manager to join their team.
JOB :
- Ensuring seamless business operation by coordinating with various departments
- Coordinating with dealers and customers for the timely delivery of vehicles, spare parts and other equipment
- Timely Marine and Surface insurance for the imported products to avoid any risk
- Clearing of vehicles and spare parts from the sea and airport without any demurrage
- Management of warehouses for both vehicles and spare parts and ensuring that there is no pilferage
- Maintain a cordial relationship with both external and internal customer
- Coordination with various external authorities likes port authority, customs, Vehicle registration,VAT etc. to have smooth operation
- Export and Re-export management for the vehicles and spare parts
- Import procedure management : FDI, Insurance, RFCV, BSC etc....
- Stock Management for both vehicles and spare parts
- Fleet and Drievers Managemetn for TAC
- Handeling of various other logistic and operation issues
PROFIL :
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive or spare parts sector, with proven expertise in operations and logistics management.
- Training: Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, operations management, international trade or a related field
